What we are asked the most from the US.

The implant starts at $1,800 USD (up to 2,500 follicular units) and goes up to $2,200 USD (up to 4,000 units). You can pay in US dollars (USD) or Colombian pesos (COP); the price is the same regardless of your country. These prices do not include lodging.

For now, payment is upfront for patients coming from abroad: we do not yet offer international financing. We help you plan your budget between the implant and the stay before your trip.

Airport–hotel–clinic–hotel transportation is included with our partner hotels. Lodging is priced based on the tier you choose (Essential, Comfort, or Elite); the plans section shows the total including stay. We confirm by WhatsApp before your trip.

No. Your first consultation is by telemedicine from the US. The doctor evaluates your case and estimates the number of follicles and sessions. You only travel once you have your plan and dates set.

We use the FUE technique: individual follicle extraction, no head shaving, no visible scars, and quick recovery. The procedure is outpatient under local anesthesia that numbs only the donor and recipient area.

The procedure takes between 4 and 8 hours depending on the number of follicles. Most patients return to normal activities within a few days, up to a week. We transplant a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 2,000 units per session.

Transplanted hair is permanent. New growth becomes noticeable between month 3 and 6, visible density by month 6, and the final result settles between month 12 and 18. Between weeks 2 and 8 there is a temporary shedding (shock loss) that is completely normal.

We offer a 10% regrowth guarantee in the implanted area, backed by our medical team. Rogans is a licensed healthcare provider by the Bogotá Health Department and supervised by Supersalud.

Follow-up continues by telemedicine. You receive care and guidance from our professionals via video call from home, with no need to travel back for check-ups.

Sleep semi-upright (~45°), do not touch the implanted area, and apply a cold compress only to your forehead. Some swelling is normal in those first days.

The first gentle washing begins per the protocol we provide. Scabs form but should not be picked: they fall off on their own with daily washing.

Avoid direct sun, intense exercise (~2 weeks), pool, sauna, and steam (~1 month), alcohol during the first week, and tobacco for as long as possible. We provide a clear care plan and follow-up continues by telemedicine from the US.
